Mr. Shota Tarkhnishvili
Managing Partner
Mr. Shota Tarkhnishvili is the managing partner of TLG – Tarkhnishvili Law Group. Mr. Tarkhnishvili has built an excellent reputation in various practice areas among Georgian and international clients over the years. With an impressive career spanning many years, he brings knowledge and expertise to TLG Law Firm.
Before establishing the firm, Mr. Tarkhnishvili served as a state official, beginning as a law specialist to a range of positions in the government of Georgia. His experience has included both the legislative process and leadership and organizational positions. As the Vice-Auditor General, he was involved in the planning and controlling of state budget spending, which gave him extensive experience in the financial field.
With a deep understanding of various areas of law, Mr. Tarkhnishvili, as a member of GBA, has a general specialization as an attorney. He specializes in civil law, criminal law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, property law, tax law, and administrative law. His extensive experience handling complex legal matters has earned him a stellar reputation among clients.
